Downstairs you'll find a comfy living room with fireplace and a sun porch that spreads across the front of the house and extends into a sun room. The sun room's sliding glass doors open onto a deck with seating and a spectacular view. From there, stairs lead down to the water's edge. The cozy kitchen/dining room combination comfortably seats 6. There is a bathroom with a shower on the main floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one queen-size bed, the other a double bed. A bathroom with tub is located in between the two rooms. Flip for who gets the double bed sleeper sofa that's in the sun room downstairs!

Down by the lake, you can choose to take a good book and sit on the deck or under the covered area.
